We’ll work together weekly to uncover what’s holding you back and create practical, mindset-based strategies that stick. Between sessions, I’ll keep you accountable, supported, and moving forward—without the overwhelm.

  • 1 x 60-minute coaching session per week (via Zoom, phone or 1:1 outside - think walk and talk)

  • Personalised weekly action plan + accountability check-ins

  • Email or text support between sessions

  • Resources and mindset tools tailored to you
